STATEMENTS OF INTEREST - DUE JULY 12, 2021 AT 4PM PST

The County Executive Office - Real Estate (“CEO RE”), through this Request for Interest (“RFI”), seeks Statements of Interest (“SOI”) from qualified and experienced development teams interested in entering into a public-private partnership (“P3”) with the County of Orange (“County”), for the future development of an assemblage of County-owned properties located in the County Civic Center Complex within the City of Santa Ana (“City”). The assemblage of available properties is comprised of over 12 acres located across three blocks bounded by West 10th Street to the north, North Broadway to the east, West 5th Street to the south and, North Ross Street to the west (“Properties”).
