STATEMENTS OF INFORMATION DUE BEFORE:

The County of Orange (“County”), on behalf of Orange County Parks (“OC Parks”), through this Request for Interest (“RFI”), seeks Statements of Interest (“SOI(s)”) from qualified potential tenants (“Respondent(s)”) that may be interested in leasing a 3,528 square foot a two story concession building (“Building”) centrally located within Laguna Niguel Regional Park (“Park”). The upper floor consists of potential retail space and lower floor consists of garages which the former tenant used to house electric motors and supplies for a fishing concession. There is a dock located in front of the Building with a patio area between the Building and dock. Restrooms are attached to the Building, however, require renovation.
